MY BAG

Drumming is my main bag. Involved with the following genre: intentional straight-ahead jazz, "freeimprovisation" which is not intentionally jazz, kitchen-sink noisemaking and in my spare time sound-as-art projects.

I’m a drummer and one-man team of audio/video and other thought processes. I play drums, make sounds, direct, photograph, shoot footage, edit, record, write, animate . . . and I like it that way--because I’ve never been able to stick to one thing .---and video puts it all together in one medium.

Influenced by the underground film movement, I started working with 16 millimeter film in the nineteen-sixties and now video because it easier than working with film.
